Artist's Comments
A long time ago, I used a long-forgotten reference from a magazine to do this piece, then added my own touches. Until now, I haven't been able to get a good photo of the piece, since it is large and done with Prismacolor coloured pencils on matting board and is therefore prone to glaring. I am still not completely satisfied with the "scan" of this (it was taken with my camera), nor the piece itself, but here it is for the world to see. I usually like to draw more true to life, but ended up liking the colour of this one and didn't care that it didn't look like a photograph.
